It is essential that you return the artwork to us in perfect condition as otherwise we will be unable to resell the artwork on behalf of our artist. If the artwork is damaged when it reaches us, we will be unable to refund you. Please contact lee@urbanartstore.co.uk if you have any questions about how to pack your artwork for return.
Our returns policy excludes artworks that are made to order, such as artwork that has been custom framed, timed releases or commissioned artworks. These cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you need any help, please contact us at lee@urbanartstore.co.uk
